This week, Milam Elementary students showcased their love for reading in the annual "Battle of the Books" district event, delivering an outstanding performance. The lower-level teams earned a well-deserved second place, while the upper-level teams also excelled, showing impressive teamwork and knowledge of their books. A huge thanks to our awesome librarian, Mrs. Ramirez, whose guidance and encouragement helped prepare our students for this success.
