Magnet Magic Kinder Class

Mrs. Garcia’s kindergarten class at Milam Elementary recently embarked on an exciting hands-on science adventure called “Magnet Magic.” Students explored the playground with magnets in hand, eagerly searching for materials that would stick. Laughter and curiosity filled the air as the young learners discovered which objects were magnetic and which were not, sparking conversations about science and the invisible forces at work. This activity encouraged students to make predictions, test their ideas, and observe real-world applications of magnets in a playful and engaging way.

The Magnet Magic activity not only promoted scientific thinking but also fostered teamwork and observation skills. Students shared their discoveries with classmates, comparing which items were attracted to their magnets and which remained unaffected. Teachers noted how the activity encouraged questioning, problem-solving, and excitement for learning. By combining outdoor exploration with hands-on experimentation, Mrs. Garcia’s class turned the playground into a vibrant science lab, leaving students eager for the next discovery.
